  • Official registration period.  Participation confirmation sent out.
  • Confirm event participation and submit travel preferences

June 1

  • E-mail biography and photograph
  • E-mail menus and food product list for bulk kitchen production for all assigned events
  • E-mail consumer-friendly recipes (4-6 servings) if you are participating in Culinary Demos; Celebrating Friends & Family in the Kitchen; or Sweet Sundays
  • Submit cookbook title, ISBN number, and publisher with contact name and phone/e-mail
  • Submit presentation materials and donated product for approval (i.e. Authentic Taste Seminars or Artisanal Cheese Seminars).
  • Apply for vendor approval in order to sell merchandise at festival. 

July 1

  • Finalize all menus and recipes for print

RECOGNITION

  • Festival Collateral:  Each culinary participant’s name, title/organization, and location will be listed in the appropriate festival collateral.  All culinary participants will be expected to submit a 40-60 word biography, two or three color photographs at 300 dpi, and event menu titles and guest recipes (4-6 servings), if applicable, as they would like them to appear in festival collateral. Culinary participants are responsible for submitting and confirming requested information in a timely manner.

Below is a sample biography of the famed Chef Auguste Gusteau from the Disney-Pixar film Ratatouille.

Celebrity chef and restaurateur Auguste Gusteau owns and operates the five-star restaurant Gusteau's in Paris, France. He is a three-time Anton Ego Award winner and has been named both Epicurious Magazine’s Restaurateur of the Year and one of Globe Magazine’s “50 Most Influential People.”  Gusteau is the author of the critically acclaimed cookbook "Anyone Can Cook" and recently starred as himself in the Disney-Pixar animated film Ratatouille.
