TOP 5 REASONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EPCOT® INTERNATIONAL FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL!
- Complimentary Travel: Visiting chefs and speakers will be provided with round trip coach travel arrangements and on-site transportation during their stay.
- Complimentary Accommodations, Meals & Park Tickets: You will be staying at the Beach Club Resort, located within a short walking distance from Epcot®. Each room can accommodate up to 4 guests. You are welcome to invite your family or friends to join you, however, all additional expenses for travel and meals will be at their expense. We can assist you to book additional resort rooms, based upon resort availability. As a participant, you will receive a gift card that you may apply to your personal meals for the duration of your stay. In addition, we will provide Park Hopper Tickets for you and up to 3 members in your party.
- Sell yourself and your products: Our distinctive culinary events are a great way to get the word out to a captive audience about your culinary passions, your restaurant, your books, your products and so much more! Walt Disney World® will feature all participants in our official festival guidebook (circulation of 50,000), event menus, recipes, website and press, when appropriate.
Your cookbook: If you are a cookbook author, our team will endeavor to source, and provide for sale, your most recent cookbook. Please submit the book title, ISBN number, publisher and contact name with phone number/e-mail address by no later than June 1, 2009.
Your products: If you have food & wine-related merchandise that you would like to sell at the festival, you will need to apply to become an approved Walt Disney World® vendor.
- Culinary Support: Visiting chefs participating in a luncheon, dinner, or culinary demonstration may bring one sous-chef to assist in food preparation for their scheduled events.
Although our Walt Disney World® Culinary Team will be on hand to help, we recommend bringing a sous-chef due to the large volume of culinary prep in our kitchens during the festival. Travel, accommodations, meals, and on-site transportation to scheduled events will be provided for visiting chefs’ assistants.
- Party for the Senses Tickets: Complimentary tickets for 2 adult guests. Additional tickets for your group may be purchased at the retail rate by calling 407-WDW-FEST. Reservations are available beginning July 15, 2009.
