Food and Wine Programming

During the 45 day festival, we offer a daily beverage seminars. These seminars, which reach out to 100 Guests per session, have been some of the most popular sessions during the event.

Participants may choose a three or four day stay at Epcot® and participate in Beverage Seminars, Beverage presentations at Culinary Seminars and Bottle Signing Sessions, excluding spirit presentations. Due to the seminar scheduling, we kindly request that all spirit participants choose Option 2 –arrival on Thursday and departure on Sunday – for a total of three nights.

The participation fee includes hotel accommodations at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Park Tickets, mention in festival collateral and set-up support. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements

4-Days, 3-Nights / Total four events

BEVERAGE  SEMINARS

During the festival we offer our Guests the opportunity to learn, taste and discover wines from the expertise of individual wineries. We provide one Wine Seminar location at Epcot® with schoolroom-style seating.
PROFILE: Tasting
DAY & TIME: Daily, times vary between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
LENGTH: 30 minute seminar followed by a 15 minute Q & A
CAPACITY: 100 Guests
WINE REQUIREMENTS: Walt Disney World® will purchase 6 bottles of each of three wines (for a total of 18 bottles) to be showcased per seminar.

BEVERAGE PRESENTATION
AT A CULINARY DEMONSTRATION

This is an excellent opportunity to commence one of our culinary demonstrations with an introduction of one of your products. At our demonstrations, we offer our Guests the opportunity to taste a beverage and a signature dish prepared by a culinary professional. Each beverage participant will be accompanied on stage by an emcee.
PROFILE: Demonstration and Tasting
DAY & TIME: Daily, times vary between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
LENGTH: 30 minute demonstration, 15 minute wine presentation. A Q & A time will be allocated after both the wine presentation and the culinary demonstration.
CAPACITY: 100 Guests
WINE REQUIREMENT: Walt Disney World® will purchase approximately 6 bottles of one wine to be showcased.

BOTTLE SIGNING SESSIONS

Meeting the winemaker, brewer or spirit maker is always a highlight for our festival Guests. During these informal sessions at the Festival Wine Shop, enthusiasts have the opportunity to purchase the product by the bottle and speak with the personality behind the brand. Our Guests enjoy purchasing an autographed bottle for gift giving.

DAY & TIME: Everyday; times vary
LENGTH: 1 hour
WINE REQUIREMENT: The beverage inventory for these sessions will be purchased by Disney.
 
* CONDITIONS: You shall pay Disney One Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,800.00), if Disney is providing you three (3) nights of accommodations in connection with the Festival, or Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($2,000.00), if Disney is providing you four (4) nights of accommodations in connection with the Festival. Payment shall be made by you at the time of booking accommodations and must be received at a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from Disney containing a link to a website where you can make reservations.

A tribute to the sensory arts! During the festival, every Saturday becomes a truly magical evening, celebrating the gastronomic treasures of a specific, city, region or country. At this grand tasting, over 1000 epicureans will have the opportunity to walk around and sample regional food and beverage specialties. In addition, there will be lively entertainment to set the mood.

PROFILE: Grand Tasting, 3-4 oz. portions per person

DAY & TIME: Saturdays, 6:30-9:00 p.m.

LENGTH: 2 1/2 hours

CAPACITY: 1,000 guests
