Participants in a Classic Beverage Programming option may have the opportunity to showcase their beverages in one of the many specialty programs offered during the Festival. Arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.

EPCOT® ADVENTURES IN WINE VARIETALS

These comparative tastings will be hosted by a wine educator.  The objective of each class is to underscore the regional influence of a single grape varietal.  Each week of the festival will focus on a different varietal and guests will have the opportunity to learn how terroir and wine making methods affect the characteristics of the wine.  A sample topic of a seminar could feature a tasting of Riesling wines from Germany, France or Cabernet Sauvignon tasting of wines from Chile, France or American.  These wine adventures will be a new addition to the Festival.

DAY & TIME:  Sundays, Class 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. followed by a Cheese Reception 12:30 –  1:15 p.m.
LENGTH:  2 1/4 hours – If applicable, 30 minute Book Signing sessions will be scheduled separately.
CAPACITY: 60 Guests
WINE REQUIREMENTS: Wine Contribution will vary based on the topic.

WINE SCHOOLS

This comprehensive program facilitated by a prestigious wine authority, will provide our Guests with the opportunity to learn about a specific growing region.  Guests will be engaged in the flavors and traditions of distinctive wine cultures, and will taste several regional wines.

DAY & TIME:  Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. followed by a Reception 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
LENGTH: 4 ½ hours – If applicable, 30 minute Book Signing sessions will be scheduled separately.
CAPACITY: 60 Guests
WINE REQUIREMENTS: Wine Contribution will vary based on the topic.

CELEBRATING FAMILY & FRIENDS IN THE KITCHEN

This delightful three-course lunch celebrates the joys of preparing a meal with friends or family.  During the Festival, a different acclaimed culinary team will be featured each week. The hosts will demonstrate how to prepare an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Each lunch is hosted by an emcee, and a winery representative will be present to pair each course with a selection of their wines.
PROFILE: Three-Course Lunch, 4-6 ounce portions per course
DAY & TIME:  Fridays, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
LENGTH: 2 hours – If applicable, 30 minute Book Signing sessions will be scheduled separately.
CAPACITY: 72 guests
WINE REQUIREMENTS: Walt Disney World® will purchase three different wines to accompany the three courses. Quantity TBD

SWEET SUNDAYS

Cakes, pastries, and all things sweet take center stage every Sunday throughout the festival. Guests will be welcomed with sparkling wine and a light brunch prepared by Walt Disney World® Chefs. A highly-acclaimed pastry chef or baker will demonstrate three signature desserts which will be served throughout the demonstration. If applicable, separate book signings sessions may be scheduled following the demonstration.

CULINARY ADVENTURES SIGNATURE DINING

Hosted in prestigious Walt Disney World® Resort restaurants
Elegance and extravagance define these signature events of the festival.  A highly-acclaimed chef will collaborate with the resident chef of a top Disney venue to create a truly magical and unforgettable 5-course meal. A representative of one or more hosting wineries will present the accompanying wines for each dinner. The Walt Disney World® resident chef will coordinate the menu and execution of the meal with the visiting chef.
PROFILE: 5-course Lunch or Dinner
DAY & TIME: Select Wednesdays, 12:30-3:00 or 6:30-9:00 p.m.
LENGTH: 2 1/2 hours
CAPACITY: 40-120 Guests – depending location
WINE REQUIREMENTS: Wine Contribution will vary depending on the dining experience.

ARTISANAL CHEESE SEMINARS

We welcome knowledgeable cheese connoisseurs each Saturday of the festival to conduct an informative and entertaining seminar, focusing on a particular theme. In addition, the featured cheese will be paired with selected wines – introduced by a wine representative. The seminar will consist of a schoolroom setup and the lecturers are encouraged to use audio-visual material to animate the event. Topics of each class will be based on the speaker's selection, e.g., specific cheese producing region or family of cheeses.

PROFILE: Tasting, 1-2 ounce portion per cheese selection or as appropriate
DAY & TIME: Saturdays, 10:30-11:45 p.m.
LENGTH: 1 hour, 15 minutes
CAPACITY: 72 guests
WINE REQUIREMENTS: Walt Disney World® will purchase 12 bottles of each of a minimum of  two wines.
