• Deadline for participants to fill out interest form online via www.foodwinefest.com, by clicking the pre-register button.

June 1-June 19

• Participation dates and events will be confirmed by Walt Disney World^®.

July 1

• The beverage selection for all assigned events must be submitted by the Participant to Walt Disney World^®.
• Submit book title, ISBN number, and publisher with contact name and phone/e-mail if applicable
