• Branding: Each participants name and company name will be listed in the official Festival Guidebook. Festival participants are responsible for submitting and confirming requested information in a timely manner.

  All wine makers and winery owners should submit a 40-60 word biography via e-mail, as they would like them to appear in festival collateral.
   

• Additional accommodations: Please note that rooms at Disney resorts accommodate up to 4 guests. You may like to invite your family or friends to join you, however, all additional expenses will be at their expense.
   
• Park Tickets: As a participant, you will  receive 4 Magic Your Way Tickets with a Park Hopper® option for each day in your package, i.e., two days (12 tickets) or three days (16 tickets).
   
• Selling your book at the festival: If a participant is an author of a book, our team will attempt to source and provide the participant's most recent publication at the festival. Please submit book title, ISBN number, publisher and contact name with phone number/e-mail by no later than June 1, 2008.
